201176 Molekulare Methoden der Evolutionsökologie (S) (SoSe 2006)

Molekulargenetische Methoden haben in den letzten Jahren vermehrt Einzug in die organismisch orientierte Evolutionsbiologie gehalten. Das Ziel des Seminars ist es, aktuelle wissenschaftliche Arbeiten aus diesem Bereich zu diskutieren. Die TeilnehmerInnen können Literatur (1 bis 2 Zeitschriftenartikel mit max. 10 Seiten) erhalten und halten ein (gerne auch kritisches!) Referat über diese Studie(n). Im Anschluss an das Referat erfolgt eine Diskussion in der Gruppe. Die Themen umfassen: genetische Paarungssysteme und Reproduktionserfolg, Populationsgenetik, molekulare Evolution, Evolutionsgenetik im Naturschutz, Phylogeographie, Genetik der Artbildung.
