Der Umgang mit Leistung und seiner Bewertung ist keineswegs mehr so eindimensional, wie die meisten dies aus ihrer Schulzeit kennen. Neue Formen des Umgangs mit Leistung und seiner Bewertung sind nicht nur sinnvoll, sondern angesichts wachsender Heterogenität in allen Schulformen des gegliederten Schulwesens unabdingbar, will Schule zu individuell höchst unterschiedlichen Bestleistungen ermutigen und somit erfolgreicher werden. Das Seminar stellt neue Formen des Umgangs mit Leistung vor und will diese in Selbstversuchen praktisch erproben und kritisch reflektieren lassen.
