250331 Professionelle Handlungsfelder in der Erwachsenenbildung: Training, Moderation, Coaching (S) (SoSe 2016)

In dieser Blockveranstaltung, die an zwei Wochenende erfolgt, erhalten die Studierenden einen Einblick in professionelle Handlungsfelder der Erwachsenenbildung. An den drei ausgewählten Schwerpunkten Training, Coaching und Moderation werden die Handlungsmöglichkeiten in beruflichen Kontexten sowohl diskutiert als auch methodisch erarbeiten und in Bezug auf das eigene pädagogische Handeln reflektiert. Ebenfalls werden die erarbeiteten Modelle, Methoden und Ansätze im Kontext der Didaktik und Professionalität in der Erwachsenenbildung aufbereitet und miteinander in den Bezug gesetzt. Das Seminar ist praxisorientiert aufgebaut, um den Theorie-Praxis-Transfer für die Studierenden zu fördern und Ihnen die Möglichkeit zu geben, didaktische Konzepte nicht nur kennenzulernen, sondern auch auszuprobieren.
