270123 Typische neurologische Erkrankungen und ihre neuropsychologischen Folgen (S) (SoSe 2008)

Erkrankungen, Unfälle und Fehlverhaltensweisen, die zu Schäden im Gehirn führen, gehen mit umschriebenen Beeinträchtigungen im Bereich des Erlebens, Denkens und Verhaltens einher.
Zu diesen Beeinträchtigungen gehören u.a. die folgenden, die im Seminar eingehender dargestellt werden:

  • visuelle Wahrnehmungsstörungen
  • Defizite im Bereich der Aufmerksamkeit
  • Gedächtnisstörungen
  • Störungen Exekutiver Funktionen

Einleitend werden folgende neurologische Erkrankungen skizziert:

  • Zirkulationsstörungen und Hirngefäßerkrankungen
  • Schädelhirntraumen und Tumore
  • Intoxikationen und Encephalitiden
  • Entmarkungskrankheiten und Basalgangliensyndrome

Ergänzend wird auf verschiedene hirnlokale und hirnorganische Syndrome (u.a. Demenz)eingegangen.
