Jede Klasse bzw. jeder Kurs im deutschen Schulsystem ist durch Heterogenität gekennzeichnet. Aufgabe der Lehrenden ist es, die unterschiedlichen Ausgangssituationen der Schüler/innen zu diagnostizieren und mit diesen konstruktiv umzugehen. Doch wie kann binnendifferenzierter, kompetenzorientierter Unterricht aussehen, der sowohl der Heterogenität der Schüler/innen als auch den begrenzten Ressourcen der/des Lehrenden gerecht wird? Das Seminar setzt sich mit Möglichkeiten und Grenzen verschiedener Verfahren zur Diagnose unterschiedlicher Heterogenitätsdimensionen sowie mit didaktischen Prinzipien und Methoden der inneren Differenzierung auseinander. Neben allgemeindidaktischen Ansätzen können von den Seminarteilnehmer/innen auch fachdidaktische Schwerpunkte gesetzt werden.
