Der inhaltliche Schwerpunkt des Seminars ist die Neue Autorität - Stärke statt Macht nach Haim Omer. Weiter wird Ihr Repertoire im Umgang mit auffallenden Situationen in der Schule durch Grundlagen der Bindungstheorie, der Gewaltfreien Kommunikation, No Blame Approach, Working on what works, KlasseKinderSpiel usw. erweitert.
