Das Seminar "Zielgruppensensible Beratung" nimmt neben Theorien zur Beratung auch besondere Herausforderungen der Beratung von Menschen unterschiedlicher Zielgruppen in den Blick. Unterschiedliche Charakteristika und Bedürfnisse werden erörtert und Möglichkeiten der zielgruppensensiblen Ansprache und Beratung entwickelt. Die Frage, inwiefern eine zielgruppenspezifische oder eine zielgruppensensible Beratung im Sinne eines Diversity Managements sinnvoll ist, begleitet durch das gesamte Seminar.
