Das Seminar legt den professionellen Beratungsprozess in der Pädagogik und Sozialen Arbeit zu Grunde. Erläutert werden die pädagogische Ethik im Beratungsprozess und der Grundsatz mit institutionellen und professionellen Spannungen umzugehen, erläutert wird ebenso das pädagogische Beratungsprozessmodell (Gröning et. al 2012). Die Studierenden werden vertraut gemacht mit Elementen wie Aufbau des beraterischen Beziehungsraumes, Kontraktieren und Arbeitsbündnisse herstellen, intervenieren und raten etc.
