Dieses Seminar beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, wie aus Motivation konkretes Handeln entsteht. Im Mittelpunkt stehen psychologische Erklärungsansätze zur Zielsetzung, Handlungsplanung und erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Absichten sowie Strategien zur Überwindung typischer Umsetzungshürden.

Erwartet wird eine aktive und regelmäßige Teilnahme.
Im Seminar können Studierende im B.Sc. Psychologie 4 LP für die Seminarteilnahme sowie die Erbringung der Studienleistungen erwerben. Zusätzliche 2 LP können durch die Erbringung der Modulteilprüfung (Hausarbeit mit 1000 - 1200 Wörtern) erlangt werden.
