Die Vorlesung bietet den Studierenden eine Einführung in Grundlagen der inklusiven Pädagogik aus sonderpädagogischer Perspektive sowie in das derzeitige System sonderpädagogischer Förderung in Deutschland. Dabei werden theoretische Fragen des Menschenbildes und Behinderungsbegriffs ebenso angesprochen wie die rechtliche Stellung von Menschen mit Behinderungen und Möglichkeiten ihrer inklusiven oder besonder(nd)en Förderung und Unterrichtung. Am Beispiel ausgewählter Behinderungskategorien bzw. Förderschwerpunkte werden diese Aspekte vertieft und veranschaulicht. Zum Erwerb der Studienleistung bzw. Prüfungsleistung ist die Bearbeitung von mindestens vier Übungsaufgaben auf der Plattform moodle erforderlich. Informationen zu Prüfungsleistungen, Passwörtern etc. werden per Rundmail bekannt gegeben.
