Die Grounded Theory ist derzeit ein in der qualitativen Sprachenlehr- und -lernforschung weit verbreiteter Forschungsstil. In diesem Seminar können Sie sich theoretisch wie praktisch mit der Grounded Theory vertraut machen und sich so ggf. auch auf die empirische Arbeit im Rahmen Ihrer Masterarbeit vorbereiten.
Im ersten Teil des Seminars beschäftigen wir uns mit den Grundgedanken der Grounded Theory sowie mit ihrer theoretischen Konzeption im Kontext qualitativer Forschung. Im zweiten Teil des Seminars werden Sie die Verfahren der Grounded Theory selbst anwenden, indem Sie in Gruppen Daten generieren, transkribieren und interpretieren. Die Ergebnisse dieser Phase werden am Ende des Semesters im Plenum präsentiert und diskutiert.
