In dieser Vorlesung lernen Sie grundsätzliche Prinzipien der Fragebogenerstellung und der Umfragedurchführung kennen. Der übliche Ablauf einer Befragung von Planung, Organisation, Layout und Durchführung wird erläutert, verschiedene Fehlerquellen identifiziert und viele theoretische wie praktische Hinweise für ein gutes Umfragemanagement gegeben.

Es ist keine Vorbereitung erforderlich. Zur VL wird ein Handout zur Nachbereitung ausgegeben und die Studierenden erhalten Literaturhinweise für ein vertiefendes Selbststudium.
