- Im Termin reflektieren die Studierenden ihr eigenes Handeln, ihre Haltung bzw. Meinung und/oder Erfahrungen mit den besprochenen Themen und Situationen.
- Im Termin geben und erhalten die Studierenden Peer-Feedback aus der Gruppe unter Berücksichtigung zuvor vereinbarter Feedbackregeln.
- Nach dem Termin sind die Studierenden in der Lage, ihre eigene Haltung oder Meinung zu den behandelten Themen reflektiert zu begründen.
- Oder: Nach dem Termin sind die Studierenden in der Lage, individuelles Verbesserungspotential für zukünftige vergleichbare Situationen zu benennen und geeignete Handlungsoptionen abzuleiten.
