Sie besitzen Wissen bzw. Handlungskompetenz zu Erkrankungen des respiratorischen Systems, speziell zum Pneumothorax, Spannungspneumothorax

Die potentiellen Verletzungen bei einem stumpfen oder einem penetrierenden Thoraxtrauma benennen und erkennen können.

Die Enstehung und Pathophysiologie eines Pneumothorax oder eines Spannungspneumothorax verstehen und erläutern können.

Die Möglichkeiten der interventionellen Therapien des respiratorischen Systems beim stumpfen und penetrierenden Thoraxtrauma - insbesondere der Entlastungspunktion, die Prinzipien und Indikationen der verschiedenen Verfahren zur Einlage einer Thoraxdrainage und der Notfall-Thorakotomie beschreiben und erklären können.


Potentielle Verletzungen bei einem stumpfen oder einem penetrierenden Thoraxtrauma.

Unterschiedliche Mechanismen, die zur Entstehung eines Pneumothorax oder eines Spannungspneumothorax führen.

Möglichkeiten der Therapie beim stumpfen und penetrierenden Thoraxtrauma - insbesondere Thoraxdrainage und Notfall-Thorakotomie.
