In dieser Veranstaltung beschäftigen Sie sich neben den Ursprüngen und Herausforderungen der jeweiligen Mediengattungen mit dem Innovationsprozess inklusive aktueller Trends in der Medienwirtschaft. Im ersten Teil lernen Sie den Innovationsprozess und Instrumenten sowie Methoden zur Ideenentwicklung, -bewertung und -umsetzung kennen.
Anhand von praktischen Beispielen werden im zweiten Teil aktuelle Trends in der diversen Mediengattungen (Print, Bewegtbild, Musik, usw.) erläutert. Darüber hinaus werden disruptive digitale Schwergewichte repräsentativ für die diversen Mediengattungen durchleuchtet und hierbei die Themen Geschäftsmodell und Monetarisierung behandelt.
Im dritten Teil werden internationalen Medienmärkte und Markteintrittsstrategien dargestellt.
Zum Seminarleiter:
Oliver Blanchard begann nach einer literaturwissenschaftlichen Promotion und neben seiner akademischen Tätigkeit seine Berufslaufbahn als Journalist. Dann baute er bei der Bertelsmann-Tocher Lycos Europe das Portalgeschäft www.lycos.de auf. Weiter war er beruflich tätig bei T-Online International AG und der Deutschen Telekom AG.
Es folgten danach Stationen als Geschäftsbereichsleiter bei Microsoft, als Geschäftsführer der Holtzbrinck-Tochter netdoktor.de und bei der Burda News Group; 2014 gründete er die GalloBlu GmbH & Co. KG mit.
Olivier Blanchards Arbeitsschwerpunkte liegen auf Produktentwicklung, Innovations-Management, Strategie sowie Business Development.
