Der praktische Teil des Wahlfachs ist darauf ausgerichtet, klinische Abläufe aktiv zu begleiten und medizinische Entscheidungen zu verstehen. In kleinen Gruppen arbeitest du eng mit erfahrenen Fachärzt*innen zusammen und wirst gezielt in den klinischen Alltag eingebunden.
Im OP liegt der Fokus auf:
• Narkoseführung über den gesamten perioperativen Verlauf
• Atemwegsmanagement, Monitoring und anästhesierelevanter Pharmakologie
• Interpretation physiologischer Veränderungen
• Patientensicherheit, vorausschauendem Arbeiten und Teamkommunikation
Auf der Intensivstation stehen im Mittelpunkt:
• Strukturierte Beurteilung kritisch kranker Patienten
• Beatmungskonzepte und Kreislauftherapie
• Moderne Überwachungsverfahren und deren klinische Einordnung
• Prioritätensetzung und Nachvollziehen therapeutischer Entscheidungen
Ziel des praktischen Unterrichts ist es, Handlungssicherheit zu entwickeln und komplexe klinische Situationen in ihrem Zusammenhang zu verstehen – als solide Grundlage für PJ, Dienste und den späteren Berufsalltag.
