Im Mai 2026 wird die erste Ausgabe der MÜNCHENER BIENNALE unter der neuen Künstlerischen Leitung von Katrin Beck und Manuela Kerer stattfinden.
Das Format CAMPUS MB026 wendet sich an Studierende, Dozierende und Praktiker*innen. Das mehrtägige Austausch- und Begegnungsformat bringt verschiedene Fachrichtungen und Professionen durch das gemeinsame Erleben und Diskutieren von Neuem Musiktheater in den Austausch. Konzeption und Betreuung: Prof. Dr. Christiane Plank-Baldauf, Univ.Prof.in Irena Müller-Brozović, PhD und Laura Nerbl.
Im Zentrum stehen u.a. folgende Fragen: Welche neuen Formen des Denkens, Arbeitens und Vermittelns braucht zeitgenössisches Musiktheater? Wie arbeiten Künstler*innen interdisziplinär und kollaborativ zusammen? Welche Rolle spielen spezifische Räume, Anlässe und Publika? Wie lassen sich Formate entwickeln, die nicht nur aufführen, sondern auch zuhören und künstlerische Formen der Partizipation ermöglichen?

Infos in Kürze: Anreise und Programmstart 12/05/2026. Programmende und Abreise 16/05/2026. Arbeitssprache ist Deutsch/Englisch. Kosten: Das Campus-Paket umfasst die freie Teilnahme an den CAMPUS-Veranstaltungen, Künstler*innenbegegnungen und Probenbesuche und die Tickets für den Besuch von ausgewählten Vorstellungen im Rahmen des CAMPUS. Der Paketpreis beläuft sich auf 40 € pro teilnehmende Person. Die verbindliche Buchung mit der genauen Teilnehmendenzahl ist bis spätestens 02/03/2026 möglich.
WICHTIG: Reise- und Übernachtung müssen selbst organisiert und finanziert werden (die Münchener Biennale hat Reservierungsempfehlungen und -optionen auf Nachfrage: first come, first serve).
