Der Einsatz psychologischer Trainingsverfahren in Sport und Alltag gewinnt immer mehr an Bedeutung. Im Fokus dieser Veranstaltung werden Grundlagen verschiedener psychologischer Trainingsverfahren erarbeitet und ausgewählte empirische Befunde hierzu diskutiert. Wir werden gemeinsam Überlegungen zur jeweiligen Theorie, zum Einsatz sowie zur Umsetzung und damit zum konkreten Vorgehen in der Praxis anstellen. Ziel ist es, die erworbenen Kenntnisse am Beispiel eines ausgewählten Verfahrens anzuwenden und damit ein mögliches Vorgehen in der Praxis vor diesem Hintergrund zu reflektieren.

Erfolgreiche Teilnahme an der Vorlesung "Grundlagen der Bewegungswissenschaft und Sportpsychologie" wird empfohlen.
