Im Rahmen dieses Seminars erhalten Sie die Gelegenheit, sich in einer kleinen Gruppe mit Ihren Mitstudierenden über Ihre Erfahrungen in pädagogischen Handlungssituationen im Berufsfeld Schule auszutauschen. Die Erfahrungen können beispielsweise aus schulischen Praktika stammen oder aus einer pädagogischen Nebentätigkeit (Jugendarbeit, Nachhilfe etc.). Durch die regelmäßige Reflexion und Überprüfung der praktischen Tätigkeit sollen berufliche Kompetenzen weiterentwickelt und das Professionsbewusstsein gestärkt werden. Die Auseinandersetzung mit eigenen und fremden Fällen erfolgt anhand der strukturierten Methodik der Kollegialen Beratung. Sie erhalten nach aktiver Teilnahme am Seminar eine Bescheinigung, die Methode der Kollegialen Beratung kennengelernt und eingeübt zu haben.
Wichtige Information zur Organisation des Seminars: Die Seminargruppe wird in drei Kleingruppen aufgeteilt. Bei der Vorbesprechung am 13.04.2026 von 14-16 Uhr in Raum B1-277 werden die Gruppen eingeteilt.

Gruppe A: donnerstags von 10-12 Uhr
Gruppe B: montags von 14-16 Uhr
Gruppe C: 23.04., 24.04. + 08.05.2026, jeweils von 09:00-15:00 Uhr

Requirements for participation, required level

Teilnahmevoraussetzung ist die Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen aktiven Mitarbeit, zur Einbringung eigener pädagogischer Fälle und zur konstruktiven Auseinandersetzung mit den Fällen der anderen Gruppenmitglieder. Dafür ist die praktische Erfahrung in pädagogischen Handlungsfeldern erforderlich (z. B. schulische Praxisstudien, Hausaufgabenbetreuung, Nachhilfe, Kinder- und Jugendarbeit).

Literatur wird im Seminar bekannt gegeben.

Jede*r Teilnehmer*in bringt einen eigenen Fall ein. Zu zweit übernehmen Sie die Moderation einer Fallberatung mit Ergebnissicherung und anschließender Literaturrecherche. Damit sind gleichzeitig die Voraussetzungen für die Studienleistung erfüllt.
