Das Seminar behandelt Themen der Kooperation in der inklusiven schulischen Praxis. Im Fokus steht die professionelle inter-disziplinäre und interprofessionelle Kooperation sowie die Kooperation mit Eltern. Beleuchtet werden Kooperationsprozesse in inklusiven Settings mit Akteur:innen, die am pädagogischen Prozess beteiligt sind (Allgemeine Lehrkräfte, sonderpädagogische Lehrkräfte, außerschulische Partner:innen, Eltern/Erziehungsberechtigte).

Konkret werden bspw. bestehende Konzepte in der Zusammenarbeit mit Erziehungsberechtigten (z.B. Erziehungs- und Bildungspartnerschaft) auf ihre praktische Anwendbarkeit in der inklusiven Schule geprüft. Ein Schwerpunkt wird auf der konstruktiven Gestaltung von Gesprächen mit Erziehungsberechtigten liegen. In Bezug auf fachinterne, fachübergrei-fende und multiprofessionelle Kooperationsprozesse werden strukturelle und personelle Voraussetzungen von gelingender Kooperation, unter-schiedliche Formen der Zusammenarbeit (Kooperationsmodelle) sowie kooperationsfördernde Maßnahmen analysiert.
