Die Beratung und Hilfe bei Suchtfragen kann betriebsintern unterschiedlich organisiert werden. In der betrieblichen Praxis reicht das Spektrum dabei von einer Suchtberatung durch eine nebenamtliche/ehrenamtliche Ansprechperson (ohne Freistellung) bis hin zu hauptamtlichen Stellen in internen Sozialberatungen.
Darüber hinaus sind Beratende in ein Netz aus Kooperationspartnern eingebunden. Neben Beratungsstellen, Facheinrichtungen der Suchttherapie und Suchtberatung gehören dazu Krankenkassen und Unfallversicherungen.In diesem Seminar setzen wir uns mit der Thematik riskanter Konsum/Sucht am Arbeitsplatz, der Entstehungsgeschichte der betrieblichen Suchtberatung und den daraus entstandenen aktuell gängigen konzeptionellen Ausrichtungen auseinander. Wir werden erarbeiten, inwiefern diese anschlussfähig sind an beratungswissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse.

Master of Arts: Voraussetzung ist die Einschreibung im Master of Arts Erziehungswissenschaft im SoSe 2026.
M.Ed. UFP: Voraussetzung ist die Einschreibung im Master of Education Unterrichtsfach Pädagogik im SoSe 2026.
