Dieses Seminar entwickelt ein weites, intersektionales Verständnis von Inklusion und adressiert Heterogenität nicht als Spezialthema, sondern als zentrale Herausforderung und Potenzial zeitgenössischer Schulen.
Das Seminar ist in zwei theoretische Blöcke gegliedert:
Block I (Normalismus, Differenz, Heterogenität): Ausgehend von Jürgen Links Normalismustheorie analysieren wir, wie moderne Schulen Normalität und Abweichung konstruieren. Mit Perspektiven von Intersektionalität, El-Mafaalani und dem Capability Approach lernen Studierende, institutionelle Differenzproduktion kritisch zu rekonstruieren. Zentral ist ein intersektionales Denken, das Behinderung, Migration, Klasse, Geschlecht und weitere Differenzkategorien in ihren Wechselwirkungen erfasst.
Block II (Kyoto-Schule, Nicht-Dualität): Im Gegensatz zu kategorialen Analysen öffnet die Philosophie der Kyoto-Schule (Nishida, Nishitani) einen nicht-dualen Zugang zu Differenz. Hier wird untersucht, wie pädagogische Beziehungen als relational-transformative Felder (basho) verstanden werden können – jenseits von fixen Identitätszuschreibungen.
Das Seminar zielt darauf, dass Studierende eine reflexive, gleichzeitig
gerechtigkeitsorientierte und nicht-fixierende professionelle Haltung im Umgang mit Differenz entwickeln.In dieser Veranstaltung findet ein Platzvergabeverfahren statt. - Bereitschaft zur Selbstreflexion eigener Normalitätsvorstellungen und Privilegien
- Offenheit für ungewöhnliche philosophische Perspektiven (Kyoto-Schule)
- Aktive Mitarbeit in Diskussionen und Gruppenarbeiten
