Für Beratung im pädagogischen Kontext ist der Konflikt, als soziale Form mehrfach von Bedeutung. Gemeint sind Konflikte als Thema von Beratung aber auch mit Blick auf Relevanzen innerhalb eines Organisationsgefüges können kleinere und größere Konflikte von Bedeutung werden. Diese Veranstaltung nähert sich dem Themenkomplex Konflikt und Organisation mit dem Zweck brauchbare Zusammenhänge für einen produktiven Umgang auszuloten. So wird geschaut, wie die Bildung und Erziehung in der Organisation sowie der Konfliktbegriff greifbar gemacht werden können, bevor damit organisationale und kommunikative Möglichkeiten unter Anwesenden für die Beratung anhand von Fällen konkret thematisiert werden.
