In diesem Seminar wird sich mit Heterogenität und individueller Förderung als Herausforderung für Lehrkräfte in ihrem alltäglichen Handeln zunächst auf theoretischer Ebene auseinandergesetzt. Daran anschließend soll der Umgang mit diesen Herausforderungen im schulischen Alltag thematisiert werden, um auf diese Weise Chancen und Hindernisse für die konkrete Unterrichtspraxis herauszuarbeiten. Der Umgang mit heterogenen Lerngruppen betrifft dabei alle Lehrenden aller Schulformen. Abschließend sollen die Studierenden eigenständig eine Unterrichtseinheit aufgrund der theoretischen Vorarbeiten planen.
