Im Mittelpunkt stehen Betreuung und Beratung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung des in der Praktikumsphase zu entwickelnden kulturvermittelnden Projekts in Bezug auf künstlerische Konsistenz, vermittlerisches Vorgehen und organisatorische Umsetzung, dies auch im Rahmen einer gegenseitigen Peer-to-Peer-Beratung der Teilnehmer:innen.
