230213 Psycholinguistische Modelle des Sprachverstehens (S) (SoSe 2026)

Satz- und Textverstehen sind klassische Forschungsgebiete der Psycholinguistik. Es geht dabei um die kognitiven Prozesse, die unserer Fähigkeit zugrunde liegen, Sprache automatisch und zumeist mühelos zu verstehen. Das Hauptaugenmerk liegt darauf, wie der syntaktische Strukturaufbau und die semantische und pragmatische Interpretation in Echtzeit erfolgt, also, während wir Sprache hören oder lesen.

Eine mittlerweile über 50-jährige Forschungstradition hat hierzu eine breite empirische Grundlage geliefert und es existieren eine ganze Reihe von Verarbeitungsmodellen, die diesen Prozess präzise erfassen. In diesem Seminar schauen wir uns ein breites Spektrum von klassischen bis aktuellen Modellen des Sprachverstehens an. Wir werden dabei intensiv die Rolle der zugrunde liegenden kognitiven Prozesse besprechen.
