Rückenschmerzen zählen zu den häufigsten Beratungsanlässen in der hausärztlichen Praxis sowie in der neurochirurgischen und orthopädischen Facharztpraxis. In diesem interdisziplinär ausgerichteten Wahlseminar werden grundlegende und vertiefende Kenntnisse zur Diagnostik und Therapie von Wirbelsäulenerkrankungen vermittelt.Der Fokus liegt auf allgemeinmedizinisch/hausärztlich relevanten Aspekten, ergänzt durch vertiefende Einblicke in spezialisierte konservative und operative Therapieverfahren. Leitlinienbasierte Behandlungskonzepte werden gemeinsam erarbeitet und in praxisnahen Falldiskussionen vertieft.Darüber hinaus werden alternative und ergänzende Therapieformen wie manuelle Medizin, Akupunktur und funktionelle Neurochirurgie vorgestellt und kritisch im Hinblick auf ihre Evidenz bewertet.

- Einschätzung typischer Wirbelsäulen-/Rückenbeschwerden in der Hausarztpraxisl
- Anwendung evidenzbasierter Therapiekonzeptel
- Erkennen von OP-Indikationen und Begleitung der Patient:innen im Verlauf
- Einordnung alternativer Therapieverfahren
