Ein gutes Projektmanagement verbessert die Kommunikation im Projekt und kann dazu führen Konflikte zu reduzieren und die Effizienz zu steigern. Die Kommunikationspraktika haben das Ziel, die Studierenden mit Grundsätzen und Werkzeugen des Projektmanagements vertraut zu machen, damit diese auf
die Umsetzung ihrer Forschungsarbeit angewendet werden können.Nach der Veranstaltung können die Studierenden:
- Projektarten und -phasen beschreiben
- Planungstools erläutern und beispielhaft auf die Forschungsarbeit anwenden
- Kommunikationsmanagement im Projekt erläutern
