- Wirkung vom Transport von Sphingosin-1-Phosphat durch Spinster 2 beschreiben können.
- Wirkung vom Transport von Ceramiden durch CFTR und ABCB1 beschreiben können.
- Vorlesung (ca. 90 Minuten) im Seminarraum: \"Membrantransportmechanismen für Sphingolipide\" (Spinster 2, CFTR und ABCB1)
- Praktische Übung im Laborraum (ca. 60 Minuten): ABCB1-Transport-Assay mittels Rhodamin 123+ (inklusive Datenauswertung)
