In der Medizin ist eine präzise und effiziente Dokumentation sowie schriftliche Kommunikation unverzichtbar. Oft als notwendiges Übel betrachtet, bildet sie jedoch das Rückgrat für eine qualitativ hochwertige Patientenversorgung. In diesem Seminar werden wir die Bedeutung der Dokumentation und Kommunikation aus einem interprofessionellen Blickwinkel betrachten. Ziel ist es, das Verständnis dafür zu vertiefen, wie eine korrekte und umfassende Dokumentation die Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Gesundheitsberufen optimiert und letztlich die Patientensicherheit und Behandlungsqualität verbessert
