Sie erlernen Maßnahmen zum Atemwegsmanagement.

Sie sollen die Anwendung und mögliche Komplikationen supraglottischer Atemwegshilfen erläutern können, diese indikationsgerecht einsetzen und Maßnahmen zur Vermeidung von Komplikationen ergreifen können.

Sie sollen die Indikationen und Voraussetzungen für eine endotracheale Intubation und für die Anlage eines chirurgischen Atemweges erläutern sowie Maßnahmen zur Lagekontrolle des Tubus nach erfolgter Atemwegssicherung durchführen können.

Sie sollen medikamentöse Therapien der Notfallmedizin erläutern und diese teilweise anwenden können.

Sie sollen anhand der Notfallsituation geeignete Applikationsmethoden für indizierte Medikamente auswählen können.

Sie sollen die wesentlichen Indikationen und Besonderheiten der Notfallnarkose erklären können.


Diese Veranstaltung ist Teil der Portfolioleistung im Modul 5-II-MEDPR.

In diesem Hands-On-Seminar werden manuelle Fähigkeiten des Atemwegsmanagements vermittelt.

Die unterschiedlichen Möglichkeiten der Atemwegssicherung mittels einfacher Hilfsmittel, supraglottischen Atemwegshilfen, der endotrachealen Intubation und der Konitotomie werden geübt.
