Sie können die kommunikative und kooperative Dimension und Non-Technical-Skills der Notfallmedizin erläutern.

Sie kennen die Grundprinzipien des Crew Resource Management (CRM)

Sie kennen typische Fehler und Risiken die Einfluss auf die Patientensicherheit haben.

Sie können verschiedene kritische Ereignisse benennen, sowie Einflussfaktoren und Mechanismen deren Entstehung und damit assoziierte Komplikationen erläutern.

Sie können eigene und fremde Fehler erkennen und adäquat gegenüber Kolleg:innen, Vorgesetzten, Patient:innen und deren Angehörigen kommunizieren.

Sie können Maßnahmen zur sicheren Medikamentenapplikation und Vermeidung von Medikationsfehlern anwenden.


Im Rahmen des Selbsstudiums lernen Sie, welche Fähigkeiten und welches Wissen es braucht und was getan werden muss, um unter den ungünstigen und unrealsitischen Bedingungen der Realität eine effektive notfallmedizinische Versorgung von Patientinnen und Patienten als Team umsetzen zu können.

Sie verstehen und können erläutern, welche Bedeutung kommunikative und kooperative Fähigkeiten haben und wie nicht-technische Fähigkeiten wie Situationsbewusstsein, Entscheidungsfindung, Teamleitung und die Nutzung von Resssourcen für die Bewältigung genutzt werden können und sollen.
