Das Falltraining begleitet und ergänzt die Vorlesung (Grundlagen und Allgemeiner Teil). Die Inhalte der Vorlesung werden auf konkrete Beispiele angewendet, um die wesentlichen Argumente und Ansätze für die Lösung praktischer Fälle herauszuarbeiten. Die Veranstaltung dient so der Vorbereitung auf die Klausur (Strafrecht für das BA-Nebenfach II).
