Ziel eines zeitgemäßen Geschichtsunterrichts ist die Ausbildung eines reflektierten und selbstreflexiven Geschichtsbewusstseins.
In diesem Seminar soll grundlegend erörtert werden, was dies überhaupt ist und inwiefern es Lehrerinnen und Lehrern möglich ist, dieser Anforderung gerecht zu werden.
Hierzu werden zentrale fachdidaktische Prinzipien erarbeitet und diskutiert.
Um gleichsam deren Umsetzung im Lernort Schule zu berücksichtigen, werden Grundlagen der Unterrichtsplanung und deren Umsetzung im Geschichtsunterricht Thema des Seminars sein.
