Die Einführungsvorlesung Erziehungswissenschaft befasst sich mit Grundfragen des pädagogischen Handelns, Ethik und Methoden pädagogischen Handelns, Erziehen und Sozialisation, Entwicklung und Entwicklungsaufgaben vs. Entwicklungskrisen, Geschlechtersozialisation, interkulturelle Dimensionen der Erziehung, Kommunikation in der Erziehung, Beratung und Ratgeben in der Erziehung sowie schließlich pädagogische Institutionen im Kontext von Macht und Normalismus.
