This course aims at students who do not have a didactical or pedagogical component in their course of study but may encounter situations in their career where they need some language teaching skills or where language and subject matter go hand in hand. This will mainly concern adult teaching contexts or talks about professional specialised knowledge in English to a less proficient audience. The course will focus on basic principles of language teaching and techniques for presenting, moderating and discussion.
