Beschreibung: Das Feld der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung ist - anders als viele andere Bildungsbereiche - durch eine besondere Heterogenität geprägt. Teilnehmende, Lehrende, Lernorte und Angebotsformate sind ebenso vielfältig, wie die Inhalte, die vermittelt werden. Diese Vielfalt eröffnet große Gestaltungsspielräume, stellt jedoch auch vor die Herausforderung, sich in dem Feld zu orientieren.
Orientierung ist daher das leitende Stichwort dieses Blockseminars:
Sie gewinnen einen Überblick über zentrale theoretische Grundlagen der Erwachsenenbildung, setzen sich beispielhaft mit Lehr- und Lernorten auseinander, lernen exemplarisch Perspektiven von Lehrenden und Teilnehmenden kennen und nehmen an einer Exkursion zu einem Bildungsort aus der Praxis teil.
