In diesem Element sollen die Studierenden Erkenntnisse im Bereich der Didaktik und Unterrichtsgestaltung, die bereits im fachlichen Grundlagenmodul (M.2.1.2) erworben wurden, vertiefen, um vor diesem Hintergrund Konzepte von Lehr- Lernarrangements, -Prozessen, Diagnose- und Analyseverfahren kennen, einordnen, vergleichen und kritisch reflektieren zu können. Darüber hinaus sollen die Studierenden die Aufgaben- und Anforderungsbereiche von Lehrerarbeit kennen, einordnen, vergleichen und einschätzen lernen. Dies geschieht mit dem Ziel, Merkmale einer guten Lehrkraft zu kennen und sie einordnen, vergleichen und kritisch einschätzen zu können.
