Seminarinhalte
Um einen starken Ausdruck zu erlangen, benötigt es ein sicheres Fundament. Deshalb beginnen wir mit der Mindset- und Emotionsarbeit, kommen dann zur Körpersprache um im dritten Teil allen Teilnehmer*innen zu ermöglichen, eine eigene, kleine Präsentation (max. 5 min.) zu halten.

Teil 1: Mindset und Emotionen

Glaubenssätze
innerer Kritiker
Umgang mit Lampenfieber

Teil 2: Körper

Atmung und Stimme
Präsenzübungen
Körperhaltung und Statusübungen

Teil 3: Praxis und Feedback

eigene kleine Präsentationen, wenn gewünscht mit Video wertschätzendes Feedback

Coachingmethode zur Auflösung von Glaubenssätzen
stressreduzierendes Körper- und Mentaltraining
