Inhalte der Veranstaltung sind klassische und moderne Ansätze der Sozialwissenschaften mit Blick auf das Verhältnis von Individuum und Gesellschaft. Die Vorlesung vermittelt dabei auch sozialwissenschaftliche Perspektiven und Befunde zu Bildungsungleichheiten und dem Bildungssystem.
