Die offene Kinder- und Jugendarbeit bietet Heranwachsenden Erfahrungs- und Bildungsräume. Hierbei ist sie mal aktive Gestalterin, mal stille Begleiterin und mal fungiert sie lediglich als Türöffnerin. Sie bietet Räume für Beziehung, Begleitung, Unterstützung, Reflektion, politische Bildung, geschlechtshomogene und crossgender Räume, ist meist selbst thematisch ungebunden, aber von den Themen der Besucher*innen gefüllt. Sie agiert in der Kooperation mit Schule, baut aber selber auf ihren Grundsatz der Freiwilligkeit und Parteilichkeit. Ein Ort für Vieles für Viele – doch wen erreicht sie und an welchen Konzepten orientiert sie sich?

Fragen, denen wir uns aus theoretischer und praktischer Perspektive stellen werden und hierbei sowohl Einblicke in die Jugendarbeitsforschung als auch in Konzeptionen diversitätsbewusster Kinder- und Jugendarbeit bekommen werden.
