402112 Probleme der Gesundheitspolitik und der Gesundheitssystemforschung (S) (WiSe 2025/2026)

Das Seminar macht die Studierenden mit den politischen, ökonomischen, organisatorischen und versorgungsbezogenen Strukturen, Problemen und Entwicklungen des Gesundheitssystems in Deutschland vertraut. Die Studierenden sollen das System der gesundheitlichen Versorgung in seiner Gänze erfassen und seine wichtigsten Sektoren in Aufbau und Funktion beschreiben können. Über den eigentlichen Wissenserwerb hinaus sollen die Studierenden zentrale Steuerungsprobleme des deutschen Gesundheitssystems (z.B. Sicherstellung der ambulanten Versorgung in benachteiligten Regionen, Zukunft des dualen Krankenversicherungssystems, usw.) diagnostizieren und bewerten können. Sektorenübergreifend verstehen sie den korporatistischen Regulierungsmodus des deutschen Gesundheitssystems und diskutieren seine Vor- und Nachteile sowohl intra-, als auch intersektoral sowie im internationalen Vergleich. Sie lernen verschiedene Gesundheitssysteme typologisch zu erfassen und wesentliche Merkmale und in einem übergeordneten Rahmen der international vergleichenden Gesundheitssystemforschung zu verorten.

Studierende, die in dieser Veranstaltung die Prüfungsleistung (Hausarbeit) erbringen möchten, melden Ihren Themenwunsch bis zum 14.01.2025 per Mail, unter Angabe eines veranstaltungsbezogenen Themenwunsches, Fragestellung sowie Name und Matrikelnummer bei clueckenbach@uni-bielefeld.de.
Am 21.01.2025 erfolgt die offizielle Themenausgabe und eine Zuteilung zu einem Prüfer/einer Prüferin (Ein-Prüfer-Prinzip). Die Abgabe der Prüfungsleistung erfolgt spätestens am 02.03.2025. Weitere Konkretisierungen entnehmen Sie bitte den Einführungsfolien vom 08.10.2024.
