230128 Transkribieren und Annotieren (BS) (WiSe 2007/2008)

Dieses Seminar bietet eine Einführung in das "Handwerk" der linguistischen Analyse von Audio- und Videodaten. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Transkription mit GAT und der Mehrebenenannotation mit ELAN. Weitere Inhalte der Veranstaltung sind:

Transkription:
Übungen zum transkribieren (mit IPA/SAMPA, GAT)
(kurze) Vorstellung und Diskussion anderer Transkriptionssysteme
Kennenlernen von Transkriptionssoftware.

Annotation:
Einführung in die Mehrebenenannotation
Vorstellung verschiedener Programme
Ausführliche Arbeit und Übung mit ELAN.

Durchführung des eigenen Annotationsprojektes (z.B. für Hausarbeit o.ä.)

Zur Teilnahme an diesem Seminar wird die Bereitschaft, aktiv an den Übungen teilzunehmen, vorausgesetzt. Des Weiteren wird dringend empfohlen, bereits an einem eigenen Projekt zu arbeiten (oder dieses zu planen), bei dem die neu erworbenen Annotations- und Transkriptionsfähigkeiten angewendet werden können (beispielsweise Hausarbeit, Projektbericht, Bachelor-Arbeit).

Das Seminar findet als Block vom Montag, 25.02.2008 bis Freitag, 29.02.2008 von ca. 10-17.00 Uhr statt.
