Behandelt werden Verarbeitungsprozesse, Störungen und Behandlungsmöglichkeiten auf Satz- und Textebene. Während zum Beispiel Aphasietherapie sehr häufig einen Schwerpunkt auf der Worteben hat, brauchen die Betroffenen viel mehr Kompetenzen im Rahmen zusammenhängender Äußerungen für ihren Alltag.
