Es handelt sich um die Fortsetzung des Kurses „Angewandte Eignungsdiagnostik“ aus dem Sommersemester 2025.
In diesem Seminar wird literaturbasiert ein Personalauswahlinstrument entwickelt.
Die Entwicklung geschieht in Zusammenarbeit mit einem Unternehmen als Praxispartner.
Im Wintersemester wird das Auswahlinstrument auf der Grundlage des im Sommersemester ermittelten Anforderungsprofils erstellt.
Die Veranstaltung findet in Präsenz statt.
Die Veranstaltung startet am 20.10.2025.
