Das Konzept der Resilienz und wie diese im schulsichen Kontext gefördert werden kann rückt immer mehr in den Fokus pädagogischen Fachpersonals in Schulen. Dieses Seminar beschäftigt sich mit der Bedeutung verschiedener pädagogisch-psychologischer Schutz- und Risikofaktoren für die Entwicklung Heranwachsender. Neben einer theoretischen Einordnung des Resilienzkonzeptes und der Betrachtung verschiedener Schutzfaktoren, sollen vor allem auch fundierte Möglichkeiten der Förderung in den Blick genommen werden. Hierzu werden im Rahmen des Seminars kurze Forbtildungskonzepte für Lehrerkollegien erarbeitet und anschließen in der Seminargruppe erprobt.

Bitte beachten Sie: Da die Veranstaltung einen Blocktermin am 31.10. beinhaltet, findet die letzte gemeinsame Seminarsitzung bereits am 08.01.2026 statt.

Empfohlen wird der erfolgreiche Abschluss des Moduls AF-Paed1 sowie der Besuch der Veranstaltung EGPT1.

Die Prüfungsleistung wird durch eine 20-minütige mündliche Prüfung (benotet) ODER eine 15-seitige Hausarbeit (unbenotet) erbracht.

Die Prüfungsleistung baut auf die im Seminar vermittelten Inhalte und erlernten Kompetenzen auf. Diese werden durch die Bearbeitung eines individuell gewählten Schwerpunkts weiter vertieft und erweitert.
