Das Seminar führt in die didaktischen und methodischen Grundlagen des Arithmetikunterrichts ein. Auf der Grundlage der curricularen Vorgaben werden theoretische Betrachtungen, unterrichtspraktische Überlegungen und eigenes Erproben verknüpft. Thematisch stehen u.a. Zahlbereiche, Rechenstrategien, Materialeinsatz, Grundvorstellungen und Fördermöglichkeiten auf dem Plan.
