Dieses Seminar thematisiert grundlegend unterschiedliche Formen zur professionellen Gestaltung und Steuerung von Lernprozessen in der Weiterbildung. Im Fokus stehen die Anforderungen, die sich an professionelles Bildungspersonal richten. Im Rahmen des Seminars soll ein Überblick hinsichtlich unterschiedlicher Professionalisierungsansätze erarbeitet und so eine Grundlage zur spezifizierten Kompetenzentwicklung in den Bereich Bildungsmanagement, Organisations- und Personalentwicklung geschaffen werden.
Die Veranstaltung setzt die Bereitschaft der Teilnehmenden voraus, sich in Gruppenarbeiten und Diskussionen, die während des Seminars stattfinden, aktiv einzubringen.
Die Literatur wird in der ersten Sitzung mitgeteilt.
