In diesem Seminar erarbeiten wir uns zunächst einen Überblick über das weite, aber auch fragmentierte Berufsfeld der Erwachsenenbildung/Weiterbildung. Wir fragen nach den
- Berufsbildern
- Beschäftigungsverhältnissen
- Tätigkeitsfeldern
- KompetenzprofilenEbenso erfolgt eine theoretisch Auseinandersetzung mit Fragen von Profession, Professionalisierung und Professionalität. Dabei geht es u.a. um Fragen des Aufbau von beruflichen Wissens. Besonderen Raum wird im Seminar der Auseinandersetzung mit der eigenen Handlungskompetenz gegeben
Der Seminarplan und weitergehende Literaturhinweise werden in der ersten Seminarsitzung am 16.4 vorgestellt.
