291205 Aufbau- und Vertiefungskurs im Strafrecht (V) (SoSe 2015)

Die Veranstaltung wird - so der Titel - auf den während des Grundstudiums erworbenen Kenntnissen im Strafrecht aufbauen und diese Kenntnisse erweitern und vertiefen. Im Hauptstudium erfolgt diese Vertiefung durch exemplarisches Lehren und Lernen, d.h. ausgewählte Gegenstände des Allgemeinen und Besonderen Teils des Strafrechts werden vorgestellt und kritisch betrachtet. Basiselement dieser Kritik ist der Blick einer rechtsstaatlichen Strafrechtslehre auf das jeweils ausgewählte Thema. Die Teilnehmer_innen sollten deshalb neben dogmatischen Kenntnissen die Bereitschaft mitbringen, etwa über Strafgesetzlichkeit und historische Grundlagen konzentriert nachzudenken. Weiterhin wird die aktive Mitwirkung der Studierenden erwartet.
Prüfungsleistungen: 3stündige Klausur am Ende des Semesters (Termin wird das Prüfungsamt mitteilen) sowie Ausgabe einer Hausarbeit am letzten Vorlesungstag (17. Juli 2015 - Bearbeitungszeit: 6 Wochen).
